Specific Challenge
See this Month’s Challenge
This challenge asks for a specific set of criteria for the photograph. The “Specific Challenge” can list a certain set of items/subjects to capture in a single photograph. Or, it can give a specific type of shot to capture – this can even be down to the tinest of details … even including a sketch. Your goal is to interpret the challenge being sure to capture all of the required elements.
For example:
Capture a photograph with the bride, groom, and mother of the bride in the same shot during the reception without posing the subjects. All subjects must be in focus enough for recognition.
To enter this challenge, bring one photograph as an 8″x12″ or smaller print to your local meeting (note: the print may be any size, we just recommend 8″x12″ or smaller). Please refrain from placing any identification on the front of the photograph – but, please do place identification on the back. The photograph must have been taken at a wedding during the past year from the challenge date. Bring the challenge print to the coordinating month – so, you would bring the June 2009 challenge print to the June 2009 local Beyond The Wedding Meeting.
